By accessing or using the Summer Shred Study app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the service.

Summer Shred Study is a general wellness and fitness education program provided by Reputable Health. It includes a 30-day workout plan, nutrition guidance, hydration recommendations, sleep advice, and optional habit-tracking tools. The program is designed for healthy adults and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult your physician or another qualified health provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant or nursing. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

Reputable Health is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All information provided is for educational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the service
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Submit false or misleading information in check-ins or feedback

All content, materials, and software provided through Summer Shred Study — including text, graphics, logos, images, workout plans, and code — are the property of Reputable Health or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reputable Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
